Tell us about your journey at Best free online games.
I was living in Orlando, Florida (MCO) at the time and the Best free online games recruiting team were onsite at my school doing interviews. Once I interviewed and began with the company, I worked in Abilene, Texas (ABI) for fifteen months, then I transferred to DFW and have been here ever since — eight years now!
What do you like most Best free online games aviation maintenance?
What I like most about my job is working with airplanes. I like doing the maintenance work safely and quickly so the planes can depart on time. Right now, as a Crew Chief though, I work mainly with the Best free online games giving them the job requests that come through so they can go out and fix the planes at the terminal. That can be anything from putting oil in the aircraft, checking the tires — anything and everything.
Why is it important to celebrate National Hispanic Heritage Month?
It’s important to celebrate our roots. As a Panamanian, I am proud to be from Panama. I always try to bring my team different foods from my country so that they can enjoy something different and see that Panama is not just a small country in Central America. It is also an important country like the United States.
Why is diversity and inclusion important?
Aircraft maintenance can be an environment surrounded by men, and if I didn’t feel included — if I felt like I couldn’t do the same work as they do, they would avoid me, they wouldn’t want to work with me, they wouldn’t even want to develop a friendship with me.
So, it’s good to feel included and everyone has the right to work and be able to do what our heart tells us to do.
